Welcome to my Blog! Not only do I have a passion for fitness but I also have a passion for cooking! Over the years with help from healthy food magazines and Pinterest I have tested out lots of good recipes. All of the recipes I have tested out myself and will include any tips I learned from trying them out! Also I personally only eat turkey and chicken so all of my recipes I have altered to include either one of those but you are always free to change it back.
