PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES

One-on-One Training

 

One-on-One training is a personalized training session set up for your specific needs or fitnes goals. Sessions can be either 30-minutes or an Hour.

Small Group Training

 

Small group training can be done with 2-5 people. Group training is a great way to train as well that is still personlized.

  
Fitness Classes

 

I teach Fitness Classes 3 days a week at Signature. I have a Noon Full Body Workout class Monday and Wednesday and a Noon Cardio Blast class on Friday. Drop on in and try a class! Members and Non-members can both takes classes.
